GREAT job with last night's workout! That was a no-joke, killer of a workout, and you guys all attacked it. Hopefully, your endorphins made you feel really good afterward and you are now happy that I provided you with such a great opportunity to get better! Haha! You should feel it a little today and so be sure to take care of yourself. Massage, stretching, ice, an easy jog/walk to loosen up, a little extra sleep, etc. I also found this article on Runner'sWorld. com that has some very fun motivators. We will be sure to try some as a group soon (My personal favorites are #3, 24,31, 39, and 59)....

Couple of business items...
Gary and I will not be at tomorrow's group run as we have Back to School Night at the high school. Anne will be there ready to motivate!
Blood Sweat and Beers race Sunday. GOOD LUCK runners! Be sure to take Thursday and Friday easy if you are racing this one.
The rest of us will still have our normal Sunday 7am long run at Bicycles Plus
Remember, no matter if you're first or last, you're still beating the thousands that never get off the couch!
