The gO! Running Group is a Roseville based recreational running group that aims to provide group running opportunities for runners of all abilities. Although our focus is primarily on 5K to marathons, we have members who have completed triathlons (including Ironman events) and ultras. We train on both roads and trails. We currently meet three times per week - Sunday mornings and Tuesday/Thursday evenings.

'Tis the Season

Dec. 2, 6pm- Alan Lambert's Party Hut- CIM Pasta Feed- gO! will provide the food, you provide the gylcogen stores. Come enjoy a low-key pasta dinner to prepare you body for the big race. Please RSVP on the "Who's Racing Where" list.

Dec. 10, 7pm- gO! Winter Party- Home of Kobe Cash Errecart- It's been a while so we shall gO! BIG. Join us for the latest installment of gO! fun. Details forthcoming but set aside the whole week, cause this one will be just SUPER! Families welcome! Please RSVP on the "Who's Racing Where" list.



Dec. 15, 6pm- gO! Christmas lights run- Join us for our annual romp around the neighborhood to see the great holiday lights! Wear your best jolly-old-man-suit!

Dec. 22, 6pm- Winter Solstice Run- Embrace the shortest day of the year with an easy trail run at Folsom Lake.
